This page documents SMS opt-in flows used by Fallible Software, Co. for Twilio review. SMS messages are sent only after a user separately opts in through a product-specific text-to-join instruction or an unchecked checkbox.

User Flow

Explicit Opt-In

Users opt in through a product-specific flow: either an unchecked SMS consent box or a text-to-join keyword shown next to the SMS program description.

Unchecked by Default

The consent checkbox is not preselected. Consent is collected separately from general account creation or any purchase action.

Clear SMS Disclosure

The opt-in point discloses message purpose, frequency, STOP and HELP instructions, and message/data-rate language before consent is submitted.

Users can review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before submitting the opt-in form.

By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fallible Software, Co. related to AI assistant conversations, account verification, service updates, and customer support.
