Proof of Consent

This page documents the web-based SMS opt-in flow used by Fallible Software, Co. for Twilio review. SMS messages are sent only after a user enters their number and explicitly consents through an unchecked checkbox.

User Flow

Users provide their phone number directly in a web form and must affirmatively check a standalone consent box before SMS messaging begins.

Unchecked by Default

The consent checkbox is not preselected. Consent is collected separately from general account creation or any purchase action.

Clear SMS Disclosure

The form discloses message purpose, frequency, STOP and HELP instructions, and message/data-rate language before consent is submitted.

Users can review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before submitting the opt-in form.

Consent Language

By checking this box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Fallible Software, Co. related to AI assistant conversations, account verification, service updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
