How opt-in works
FallSoft.Co SMS programs are joined only through a product-specific opt-in path: texting a published keyword such as START to a published FallSoft.Co number, or checking an unchecked SMS consent box that identifies the program. SMS consent is separate from account creation, purchases, privacy policies, terms of service, or other agreements.
Program details
FallSoft.Co messaging programs may include account notifications, customer care, delivery notifications, service updates, conversational assistant messages, live stream alerts, and direct replies. Program names, numbers, and message types are shown where the opt-in is requested.
Rates, frequency, and carrier terms
Message frequency varies by program and by your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of a text messaging program. Reply START to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help, or email one@fallsoft.co.
Privacy
Mobile information, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in data are used to operate the messaging program and meet messaging compliance obligations. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
